- Reduce the air leakage of the dust collector
The air leakage rate of a pulse bag type dust collector should be controlled within the range of ≤ 3%.
2. Strictly control the amount of water sprayed by the humidification tower
When the cooling device uses a humidification tower, do not unilaterally pursue the cooling effect and increase the amount of water sprayed. The amount of water sprayed from the humidification tower must be strictly controlled while ensuring the inlet temperature of the precipitator. The humidification tower should use high-quality spray guns as much as possible to make the sprayed water fine and uniform, and achieve the cooling and quenching effect of the good with the least amount of water.
3. Keep flue gas temperature in a small range
When the temperature of the treated flue gas is too high, measures such as lowering the operating temperature and cooling the wind should be taken immediately. When the temperature of the flue gas is low, measures such as increasing the operating temperature should be taken immediately. The temperature of the flue gas can be stabilized within the specified range to ensure the normal and stable operation of the precipitator and reduce condensation.
4. Reduce the temperature difference between the pulsed gas and the flue gas inside the dust collector.
The current common gas supply routes for domestic compressed gas are: compressed air – gas storage tank – gas source triple piece – air bag – pulse valve. This gas supply method has the advantages of low investment and simple equipment, but when the outside air temperature is too low, the compressed gas is not sufficiently treated and is easily dew condensation.
When the outside air temperature is too low and the air compressor station is far away, the gas supply route can be: compressed air – gas storage tank – gas source triple piece – air dryer – air heater – air bag – Pulse valve. The gas supply method is sufficiently wet and thorough, and the temperature difference between the pulse blowing gas and the flue gas inside the dust collector is small, and condensation is less likely to occur.
5. Strengthen the thermal insulation measures of the dust collector.
The housing of the precipitator must adopt thermal insulation measures. The insulation of the precipitator generally adopts thermal insulation materials such as rock wool, aluminum silicate board and pearl expansion rock with low thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation performance, low water absorption and good heat resistance. The thermal conductivity of the material generally does not exceed 0.23W/m. K. The thickness of the insulation material should be determined according to the geographical location, the local minimum temperature, and the annual average temperature.
