After connecting the inlet and outlet flanges or the teeth, place the bag filter on the station to be filtered. Dampen the exhaust port or configure the exhaust valve. Connect the insulation heat source.
Match the neckline of the inner net to the mouth of the bag filter. Gently place the stainless steel inner mesh into the bag filter.
Match the filter bag ring to the stainless steel inner mesh neckline. Note: If using a seam filter bag, place the filter bag. Please fold the seam of the filter bag and put it in, which can improve the filtering effect of the seam filter bag.
The O-ring cannot be twisted or deformed, and the O-ring is placed in the O-groove. The multi-bag filter is attached to the filter bag pressure ring.
Grasp the other end of the upper cover with one hand, align the upper cover with the bag filter, and hold the upper cover with one hand. Slowly put down, naturally flat on the O-ring and the filter bag ring.
Tighten the two hanging caps at the same time and align the top cover. Tighten all the caps.
Close the exhaust valve on the top of the bag filter.
Please check if the connecting pipes are firm and the working pressure is within the allowable range.
Slowly warm up and open the output valve. Open the heat source inlet valve. Raise the filter temperature to the specified temperature.
Allow the liquid to slowly flow in and fill the filter and slowly open the input valve. Prevent liquid from suddenly hitting the filter bag and observe for leaks. If no leaks occur, you can start filtering.
