Operating precautions for the concentrator dust collector

  1. Before the dust collector is turned on, check whether the dust blower, motor, bag, control instrument, solenoid valve and other components are intact. After confirming that there is no problem, you can operate it.
  2. Before the main equipment starts, first open the dust collector for 2-3 minutes, and the opposite is the case when the machine is stopped.
  3. The order of the precipitator is the fan, the cleaning motor, the high pressure wind, the control instrument, and the order of the shutdown is reversed.
  4. During the operation of the dust collector, the main equipment must be sealed and in good condition.
  5. The oil, water and other impurities in the oil-water separator and the dust collector of the dust collector are periodically discharged twice a week.
  6. Replace the dust bag every two years and check the wear of the dust bag at any time. If damage is found, replace it in time.
  7. If there is a horizontal dust removal pipe, open the cleaning hole regularly every year to clean up the ash accumulation in the pipe.
