When filtering, how to deal with the phenomenon of spraying between the filter plates?

  1. The spray  may be caused by high feed pressure.Many users do not install a pressure gauge on the feed line which could cause the feed pressure to be out of control and the spray.
  2. After the feed pressure is raised, the force between the filter plates spreads the filter plate to cause the spray.
  3. There are impurities attached to the sealing surface of the filter plate. There is always a large gap after the filter plate is pressed, so the sealing surface should be cleaned after the filter cake is removed.
  4. The sealing surface of the filter plate already has a through groove or the filter plate itself is damaged.
