According to the national standard of “package dust collector classification and specification performance representation method”, bag filter is divided into five categories. The cleaning method is the main indicator of the classification of bag filters:

  • Mechanical vibration

A bag filter that uses a mechanical device (including manual, electromagnetic or pneumatic devices) to vibrate and clean the filter bag.

  • Room back blowing

This product adopts a compartment structure, which uses a valve to switch the airflow by chamber, and under the action of the reverse airflow, forces the filter bag to shrink or bulge and clean the bag filter.

  • Nozzle blowback

The bag filter provides a backflushing airflow by a high-pressure blower or a compressor, and performs backflushing through a moving nozzle, so that the filter bag is deformed and shaken and penetrates the filter material to be cleaned.

  • Vibration and backflush

A bag filter that combines mechanical vibration and back-blowing.

  • Pulse blowing

The bag filter uses compressed air as the cleaning power, and the pulse jet machine instantaneously releases the compressed air, inducing several times of secondary air to be injected into the filter bag at high speed, so that the filter bag is swollen sharply, and relies on the impact vibration and the reverse air flow to clear dust.
