On the surface of the filler, the acidic substance chemically reacts with the alkaline substance in the liquid phase, and the reaction product flows into the lower storage tank along with the absorption liquid. The acid gas that is not completely absorbed continues to rise into the spray section.
In the spray section, the absorbing liquid is ejected from the uniform nozzle at a high speed to form numerous fine droplets, which are intimately mixed with the gas to continue the chemical reaction, and then the acid gas rises to the secondary packing section.
Features:
- Its purification efficiency is high. The use of two-stage reverse spray, the specific surface area of the filler is large, and the purification efficiency of acid exhaust gas of various concentrations can reach 90%-95%.
- The resistance of this product is low, and on the basis of ensuring sufficient gas-liquid contact area, the type and structure of the filler with good aerodynamic characteristics are selected.
- It has a small footprint. The purification tower combines the tower body, the absorption liquid tank, the circulation pump and the absorption liquid pipeline system into a complete set of equipment, and has a compact structure, is convenient for on-site installation and operation management, and has a small occupied area.
