- If the discharge of the precipitator exceeds the standard and the operating pressure of the precipitator is much lower than the design, it is likely that the initial layer of the bag is insufficient, possibly because the pressure of the compressed air is too high, or the cleaning cycle of the filter bag is too short. In this case, the cleaning cycle of the bag should be set to a longer time to improve the stability of the outlet pressure of the dust collector. However, if the over-standard discharge of the integrator is after cleaning the bag, then check whether the pressure of the compressed air is too high.
- In addition to the damage and wear of the dust bag, in the maintenance of the bag filter, the maintenance cost of the bag always occupies the largest proportion. Therefore, it should be noted that the exhaust gas flow rate of the dust collector should be adjusted. When the flow rate is large, the flow automatic control system should be added to ensure that the dust collector can work under a stable gas volume. The distance between the bag and the keel should also be noted. When the keel is welded, there are often burrs that are likely to cause damage to the bag. In another case, due to the long-term bag in the high-temperature exhaust gas, it is easy to be melted by the temperature of the exhaust gas to cause a hole. At this time, it is necessary to replace the cloth bag in time.
- The cloth bag is also easily blocked. Therefore, it is usually necessary to avoid improper start-up. Be careful not to turn on the machine when the resistance of the precipitator is large. When the air is infiltrated, it is easy to generate moisture when it is exposed to high temperature and low temperature in the precipitator.
