However, the high selection of filtration wind speed will affect the dust removal efficiency, increase the difficulty of cleaning and filtration resistance, reduce the service life of the dust filter bag, and bring about an increase in operating and maintenance costs.
3. Influence of increasing wind speed: Under the premise of constant air volume, increasing the filtration speed can save filter material and improve the processing capacity of the filter material. However, after the filtration speed is increased, the resistance of the equipment,the energy consumption and the running cost is increased. If the filtration speed is too high, the dust accumulated on the filter bag is laminated to increase the filtration resistance.
4. The influence of low wind speed:At low filtration speeds, the pressure loss is low and the efficiency is high, but the required filter bag area is also increased, and the size, floor space, and investment cost of the dust collector are also increased. It is better to choose low wind speed when filtering gas with finer,higher temperature,humidity and large concentration dust.
