It has excellent waterproof performance under normal temperature and high temperature condition, which is more conducive forthem to be used in cement working condition. The filter material has excellent water resistance, not only the waterproof level can reach 3.5 grades under normal temperature state , but also can reach 4 grades under the high temperature condition.

The thickness of the filter material is about 0.9mm, only 1/3 of the felt filter material, and the texture is soft. Its substrate is a two-dimensional glass fiber bulk filter cloth. Due to its structural characteristics, the running resistance is more stable than three-dimensional filter material.
In addition, due to the special self-cleaning and hydrophobic properties of the PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) film, the membrane filter material is easy to be cleaned, and the dust does not penetrate into the filter material. Due to the self-cleaning property of PTFE, the surface of the membrane is very smooth, non-sticky and hydrophobic. Dust does not adhere to the surface of the filter bag. The resistance and filtration efficiency is stable,and the cleaning cycle is longer. So it is not necessary to clean it very often. And the friction between the filter bag and the bag cage is reduced, and the filter bag breakage is also greatly weakened, so the filter bag has a longer service life, generally 4-6 years.
