The main steps of water and oil filter bag cleaning:
a. Cleaning: The use of high-frequency vibration to remove as much dust particles as possible into the bag wall does not affect the tangling fastness of the fiber, and maintains good peel resistance of the bag.
b. Chemical experimental disposal: The sample of the bag is extracted, and the oil contamination component of the filter bag is tested by a professional instrument, so that the corresponding washing raw material is selected, and the washing bag is maximally washed without any damage to the filter bag.
c. Washing: Use appropriate washing materials and strictly match the ratio, low-temperature water washing, average flow, moderate strength, no mechanical damage to the bag.
d. Drying: hot air drying at about 110°C is used to maintain the dimensional stability of the bag and the bag is not deformed or retracted after drying.
e. Repair: The repair of damaged bags due to abrasion, holes, etc. is used to stop the repair and guarantee a high reuse rate.
f. Detection: The instrument is used to stop the physical index detection of the cleaned cloth bag and ensure that the cleaning quality arrives at the request. After the above steps, the cloth bag after cleaning can reach the application request.
