PPS dust bag has good flame retardancy and wear resistance, high heat resistance, resistance to acid, alkali and alkali oxide properties second only to PTFE dust bag. The PPS dust filter bags produced by our company are waterproofed before leaving the factory and can be used in wet and corrosive environments, such as sulphur in fuels or sulphur oxides in flue gas or where moisture is present.
PPS dust bag long-term working temperature below 190 °C, instantaneous operating temperature 210 °C, melting point 230 °C, limit oxygen index 34-35. Oxygen content in 15% of the following conditions can be applied. In the condition of 170-210°C, when the ratio of air to cloth up to 5:1 is used for cleaning the line or the ratio of air to cloth is 6:1 for off-line cleaning, the PPS dust bag shows excellent performance. Among the pulsed dust-removing dust collectors such as filtration power plants, coal-fired boilers, dust collection and treatment of waste incinerators, the PPS filter bags for power plants are ideal filter materials. PPS fiber has the strength of complete retention and inherent chemical resistance, can maintain good filtration performance in harsh environments, and achieve an ideal service life.
