When the bag filter is blown back, the filter bag expands to its original diameter, and the filter cake on the outer wall of the filter bag cracks into small pieces that are not connected to each other. The anti-blow makes the filter bag constantly vibrate, and the small filter cake constantly falls and falls off. Clean and fast. After the filter cake is removed, the filter bag is backwashed with washing water so that the filter bag is regenerated.
In the process of operation, the bag filter mainly adopts backflushing and backwashing technology, which will make the filter bag keep a clean state to a certain extent, and the device is always filtered in a better state. Bag filters are therefore more suitable for separating articles containing difficult-to-filter suspensions containing more microscopic particles and gums.
Bag filter has many advantages such as reasonable structure, good sealing, strong flow, easy operation and so on. In particular, the side leakage rate of the filter bag is small, the filtering accuracy can be correctly ensured, and the filter bag can be changed quickly and easily, resulting in a reduction in operating costs. The inner and outer surfaces of the filter are mechanically sandblasted to solve the problem and are average and easy to clean.
