After the bag filter is started, the pressure gauge on the filter will rise slightly. The initial pressure of the device is about 0.05 MPa. When it is used, it will increase with the use of time, so that the filter residue in the cylinder will gradually increase. In this way, when the pressure reaches 0.4MPa, it should be stopped to open the cartridge cover to check the filter bag residue situation.
Bag filter pressure is generally adjusted to 0.1-0.3 MPa. It can be adjusted through the return line or the pump return valve when used. The filtration pressure of the equipment is too high, which will directly damage the filter bag and Protection networks require special attention when used.
The bag filter must not be opened under normal pressure during the use of the device, otherwise the remaining liquid may be ejected, causing fluid loss and personal injury. Close the input valve; close the output valve when there is pressure at the outlet. After confirming that the pipe connected to the exhaust valve has been connected to a safe place or suction port, open the exhaust valve again to prevent the liquid from causing injury and contamination to the workers and the surrounding environment.
If the bag filter has a drain valve, confirm that the drain fluid is connected to the recovery area and open the drain valve; the remaining fluid in the bag filter will flow through the drain valve and close the drain valve. This discharge work can be done in conjunction with pressurization.
