The structural design of the bag filter is mainly to seal the top cover and the filter cartridge by four sets of rocker type ring bolts, so that the filter can withstand the extremely high filtration pressure and the water hammer type pressure impact. The bag filter consists of filter cartridge, filter basket and filter bag. The structure is compact and simple.

The liquid to be filtered in the bag filter enters through the filter inlet and flows into its filter bag effectively. After being intercepted by its filter bag, it is mainly discharged from the filter outlet and bag filter. The inlet and outlet design of the device generally adopt the side-in bottom-out mode, which is convenient for cleaning. Replacing filter bags is quick and easy.

The first step of the bag filter is to close the inlet valve, open the exhaust valve, and let the pressure inside the filter fall to atmospheric pressure; in the second step, open the four sets of head bolts on the top cover to open the top cover; In three steps, open the retaining ring of the filter bag, put forward the plugged filter bag and replace it with a new filter bag. In the fourth step, close the top cover and tighten the four sets of ring bolts. Step 5: Open the inlet valve, etc. The exhaust valve closes when the exhaust valve has liquid flowing out. The total process is usually completed in about 10-15 minutes.
