1. Check the oil level of the centrifugal fan unloader, the oil level of the fan bearing box, and check the looseness of the foot and the fastening bolt before starting the dust remover. Check if the line damper is in the set switch position. Check if the pulse controller’s knob position is appropriate.
2. Start the precipitator before starting the crusher.

5. During the operation of the dust collector, the unloader is started 5 to 10 minutes before each class is parked. The ash discharge pipe near the belt needs to be connected with a soft cloth barrel so that the dust will slowly flow on the belt to prevent secondary dust.

8. The left knob of the pulse controller controls the opening degree of the air blow solenoid valve. The left rotation is small and the right rotation is larger. From the formation of the dust layer, for the thin filter material, after the dust removal, the dust layer is destroyed, and the efficiency is greatly reduced. However, the thick filter material and the dust can also retain part of the dust in the filter material to avoid excessive cleaning. In general, the highest efficiency can be achieved without the filter material breaking. Air permeability refers to the amount of gas passing through the filter material per unit area under a certain differential pressure. The resistance of the filter is directly related to the air permeability. As the constant pressure difference of the calibration air permeability, the value of each country is different. The air permeability depends on the fiber classification, fiber and type, and textile method. Air permeability generally refers to the air permeability of the clean filter material. When the dust bag has accumulated dust, the air permeability should be reduced.
