Dust bag clogging
When the bag is clogged, the resistance increases, which can be manifested by the reading of the differential pressure gauge. Cloth blockage is the main cause of wear, perforation, detachment and other phenomena.
Dust filter bag damage
The shape of the bag and the installation method and mechanism of the bag determine the position where the bag is easily damaged, so that inspection and maintenance can be performed.
The aging of the bag is mainly caused by the following reasons, and the cause investigation must be conducted. Eliminating measures should be taken and the dust filter bag should be replaced.
1. Hardening and contraction due to abnormally high temperatures;
2. Due to vapor contact with acids, bases or organic solvents;
3. Reacts with moisture.
4. The filter cloth should not be hung too loose or too tight. If it is too loose, it is easy to accumulate dust. If it is too tight, it will easily pull out.
5. The old bag of the new technology should not be mixed, avoiding the different time of damage to affect the normal operation of the dust removal equipment.
6. Replace the bag and blow it off with compressed air. Then check for holes. Repair the holes and leave them for replacement. If the bag is covered with dust, rinse with water and leave it to dry after it has dried.
