6. When selecting the skeleton when assembling, the glue peak should be aligned on the skeleton welding edge to remove the excess metal wire and maintain its beautiful appearance.
7, the need to select the end cap bonding, coating uneven end caps are not allowed to use, pay attention to whether the glue is glued to the end cap skeleton filter firm, outflow of the glue to be clean, there must be no degumming to keep the end face and table cleaning . After the glue is fully cured, the next process can be performed. After the bonding, the verticality and parallelism of the filter element must meet the requirements of the drawings.
8, check the quality of the filter before packaging, and then according to the requirements of the drawings selected seals, packaging bags, packaging boxes, filter cores required to write the logo to be tested (to their own first inspection and then let the QC Department inspection and signature) before packaging. During the packaging process, the packaging bag must not be damaged, and the packaging box and the filter mark must be clearly and beautifully marked before being packaged in the storage (handle with care in order to avoid collision).
