1. Composition
The pipe filter is mainly composed of a pipe, a barrel, a filter basket, a flange, a flange cover, and a fastener. Installed in the pipeline can remove large solid impurities in the fluid, so that machinery and equipment (including compressors, pumps, etc.), instruments can work and run normally, to stabilize the process, and to ensure the role of safe production.
2. How it works
When the liquid enters the filter basket through the cylinder, solid foreign particles are trapped inside the filter basket, and the clean fluid passes through the filter basket and exits through the filter outlet. When cleaning is needed, unscrew the bottom plug of the main pipe, drain the fluid, remove the flange cover, and then reinstall it after cleaning. Therefore, the use of maintenance is extremely convenient.
3. Scope of application
The pipeline filter has the advantages of compact structure, large filtering capacity, low pressure loss, wide application range, convenient maintenance, etc. The main applicable materials are:
1. Weak and corrosive materials in chemical and petrochemical production, such as: water, oil products, ammonia, hydrocarbons, etc.
2. Corrosive materials in chemical production, such as caustic soda, soda ash, concentrated sulfuric acid, carbonic acid, and aldehyde acid.
3, the cryogenic materials in the refrigeration, such as: liquid methane, liquid ammonia, liquid oxygen and various refrigerants.
4. There are hygiene requirements for food, pharmaceutical production, such as: beer, beverages, dairy products, syrups and so on.
4. How to use
(1) Manual control:
Rotate the manual/automatic selector switch to the manual position. See Figure 8. The motor and hydraulic control valve are energized, and the hydraulic control valve opens to begin draining. The selector switch rotates to the automatic position and enters the automatic state.
The manual control state is a means of checking whether the motor and the hydraulic control valve can work normally. If the manual control state does not properly discharge the automatic control state, it will not work normally.
(2) Automatic control:
Rotate the manual/automatic selector switch to the automatic position, first set the filter time and the blowdown time timer. The lower nixie tube of the timer shows the setting value, and the upper nixie tube shows the timing value.
Timer setting method: press the bit selection button, the first digit tube in the lower row flashes, use the increase key to adjust the value, adjust and then press the position selection key, the second digital tube flashes, use the increase key to adjust the value, in order analogy. Set the time, the digital tube will continue to flash for 8 seconds, 8 seconds after the value is stored in memory, and power is not lost. After adjusting the value, press the start button to start timing. If the machine is powered off, the next time the power is turned on, the timer starts automatically and the time is set according to the set time.
The filtering time is divided into units, up to 9999 minutes, and the time of the sewage discharge is in seconds. The maximum time is 99.99 seconds. The machine is powered on, and the selector switch is used to enter the automatic state. The first step is to filter and the filter time timer starts timing. At the same time, the pressure difference switch also compares the actual pressure difference with the set pressure difference. If the set filtering time comes, the pressure difference If not, the machine will open the blowdown valve to clean the sewage. When the filtration time stops, the sewage time starts counting. When the blowdown time expires, the blowdown valve is closed, the cleaning sewage is stopped, the blowdown time is stopped, the filtering time begins, and the next cycle is entered. If the set filtration time does not arrive and the pressure difference is reached, the machine will open the blowdown valve to clean the blowdown. The stop time of the filter time will start and the blowdown time will begin to time. When the blowdown time expires, the blowdown valve will be closed, the blowdown will be stopped, and the blowdown time will stop. The filter time starts and it circulates.
