Another method of laminating is to bond the PTFE film to the glass fiber base fabric with an adhesive (abbreviated as “adhesive method”), according to our company’s numerous glass fiber film products for adhesive tape manufacturers. Performance test, the results show that the temperature is not enough, adhesive glass fiber membrane filter at the temperature of 100 °C, the adhesive adhesive has been melted, then the filter bag will appear the following questions:

The melted adhesive is in the filter bag. The surface is in a liquid state, which causes a large amount of dust to be stuck on the surface of the filter bag. Because the adhesive ability of the adhesive is strong, the dust on the surface of the filter bag cannot be removed, but it will seriously block, resulting in a substantial increase in resistance, if the filter bag is When you remove it, you will find that the filter bag has become hard, and the surface of the cake with a knife is very difficult to scrape.
3) The service life of the filter bag is short. Due to the agglomeration of the surface of the filter bag, the resistance of the filter increases and the filter bag is quickly blocked. We have seen a gas box pulse dust collector produced in Jiangxi. The filter bag is equipped with an adhesive glass fiber needled felt-covered filter bag. After four hours of booting, the filter bag was completely blocked. A ferroalloy enterprise in Guangxi also used our factory’s hot-pressed fiberglass film-covered filter bags and other manufacturers’ glued-film-coated filter bags. Our factory’s hot-pressed glass fiber-covered filter bags have been used for 18 months and are still in use. , And the adhesive coated filter bag used more than a month later found a large number of film off phenomenon, while the dust collector resistance has reached more than 2000Pa, and the resistance is still rising.
In summary, we believe that glass fiber coated filter media is a high-efficiency, low-resistance, long-life high-temperature filter media, but users must use hot-pressed laminated glass fiber coated media, otherwise you cannot achieve high efficiency and low Resistance, long life effect.
