The main structure of the pulse bag filter is mainly composed of four parts: box, bag room, ash bucket, inlet and outlet, and is equipped with pillars, stairs, railings, air pressure piping system, dust removal control mechanism and so on.
(1) Cabinet
The box is mainly used for fixing the dust-removal frame, filter bag and air circuit components, and is made into a completely sealed form. When cleaning the dust, the compressed air first enters the box body and then enters the inside of each filter bag. There is a manhole access door at the top. It is convenient to install and replace bag cages and dust filter bags here. According to the different specifications, the box body is divided into a number of rooms, separated from each other by steel plates, and they are not air-permeable. To achieve off-line cleaning. Each room is equipped with a poppet valve to switch the filtered air flow.
(2) Bag room
The bag room is in the lower part of the box and is mainly used to accommodate the bag cage and the dust bag, and forms a filtering space. The purification of the flue gas is mainly carried out here. Like the box, it is divided into several rooms according to the different specifications and used separately. The plates are separated to prevent mutual interference between the chambers during cleaning, and at the same time form a certain settlement space.
(3) ash bucket
The ash hopper is arranged in the lower part of the bag room. In addition to storing the collected dust, it is also used as an intake manifold (lower intake method). When the dust-laden gas enters the bag room, it enters the ash bucket because of the hopper’s internal volume. Large, making the air speed lower, coupled with the change of the direction of the air flow, makes the coarser dust particles separated here. The lower part of the hopper is equipped with conveying equipment such as screw conveyors or air chutes, and the exit is also provided with a rotary unloader or Trapped valves, such as flap valves, allow continuous dedusting.
(4) Inlet and outlet
The inlet and outlet are divided into two types according to the structure of the dust collector. The 32 series inlet is cylindrical and welded directly to the side plate of the hopper. The air outlet is arranged at the lower part of the box and the side of the bag room, through the poppet hole It communicates with the inside of the box, and the other series of the inlet and outlet are made in one body and arranged on the side of the bag room, between the box and the hopper. The middle is divided into two parts that are not air-tight by inclined baffle plates, which are air inlet and air outlet, respectively. Although this type of structure has a larger volume, but the air flow is evenly distributed, the pre-dust removal effect in the ash hopper is good and it is suitable for smoke dust Use in large concentrations.
