First, choose all imported high-quality brands: Electromagnetic pulse valve is the heart of dust removal equipment, its total price is about 5% of the total price of pulse jet dust collector; it is 1% cost of air box pulse dust collector, choose the highest The quality of the imported pulse valve is only 1 to 2% higher than the total cost of equipment made with domestic valves. Therefore, it is least worthwhile to save equipment costs on the pulse valve and bear the risk of failure of the entire dust removal system.

Second, choose a valve manufacturer with a long history: The valve manufacturer must have more than 10 years of production history and a successful case of operation, so as to ensure that the pulsed electromagnetic valve product has a perfect quality assurance system, and truly achieves 100,000 injections. Exemption from inspection.

Third, choose a five-year free warranty period: the number of pulse valve test action is not enough to explain the quality of the valve, the diaphragm must pass the age of natural aging factor test. Therefore, the valve supplier must provide the free warranty period for the diaphragm and solenoid coil, which is generally 5 years.

Fourth, the choice of electromagnetic pulse valve with the actual amount of blown gas and not just the size of the connection aperture: pulse valve interface size, often can not determine its cleaning function. Some pulse valves are designed with small diameter diaphragms but only increase the interface. For example: Apply a 2″ valve diaphragm mounted in a 2 1/2″ valve housing. This will make the valve less than the amount of blowing air resulting in poor cleaning system.

Fifth, choose the pulse valve that can apply to the high, middle and low pressure range: The pressure range of the pulse valve needs to reach at least 1~8kg/cm2. Choose the low-resistance pulse valve: The internal structure of the pulse valve needs to ensure that the injection gas volume is large, the diaphragm stroke is long, and the internal structure of the housing makes the valve resistance small according to the hydrodynamic design. Due to the improper design of the valve body, some 3” interface valves can only inject the air volume of the valve with “1~”2 interface. The use of low-resistance, high-injection pulse valve can eliminate dust from each valve. The large area of ​​filter material greatly saves the overall cost of the injection system, and due to the reduction in the number of valves, the operation and maintenance costs of the dust collector are also reduced accordingly.
