1. The humidity inside the bag filter is very high, coupled with the high temperature, which will produce a lot of steam, so that the bag filter dust bag phenomenon occurs.
Solution: Reasonably control the humidity of the material. The material can be dried. For example, the raw materials (limestone, clay, iron powder), fuel (coal), and admixtures (gypsum, slag) required for cement production vary in water content. If they are stacked in a fixed rectangular shed, they can prevent rain. Greatly reduce the moisture content of the material, which is an effective measure to reduce the moisture content of the material; it can also dry the raw materials, fuels, and admixtures to dry the moisture; it can also install drying equipment to dry the admixture to reduce moisture.
2. The insulation of the bag filter is not done properly, and the phenomenon of air leakage occurs. The outside air flows into the interior of the dust collector to change the internal temperature. The leakage of cold air greatly reduces the temperature of the dust collector, resulting in the filter. Bag of paste bags.
Solution: Reduce the air leakage of the dust collector and do a good job of the heat preservation of the dust collector. The air leakage of the dust collector should be controlled below 3%.
The dust removal system should be controlled where the air leakage is likely to occur: the closed discharge valve of the discharge port, the air leakage of the closed drain valve under the dust collector, the flange connection of the pipeline, the manhole door, etc. Since the air leakage will not Caused serious dust pollution on the job, so some company technicians and employees often do not pay attention to its impact. These are often overlooked by the maintenance manager. As a result, the amount of unnecessary air leakage is increased and the operating conditions of the bag filter are deteriorated, resulting in dew condensation.
3. If the temperature of dust-laden flue gas is too low and the temperature of the flue gas of the precipitator is close to or lower than the dew-point temperature, condensation will occur.
Solution: Do a good job of insulation and rain protection in various places such as dust collectors and pipes. According to our company’s practice, it has been proved that good insulation measures can make the difference between inlet and outlet temperatures of the bag filter very small. This is an effective measure to prevent condensation. In addition, good insulation can make the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the dust collector less than 20°C. When the inlet temperature is higher than 25°C of the dew point of the flue gas, the dust collector can operate stably and efficiently. Dust-laden gas should be evenly distributed in the dust collector to prevent eddy currents at the corners from causing the amount of gas passing there through to reduce the formation of localized low temperatures and cause condensation problems.
