(1) The high temperature of the flue gas. Bag filter is mainly used in dust removal from industrial boilers, fluidized bed boilers, kilns and coal-fired power station boilers. The temperature of such flue gas is usually relatively high, and when the gas is introduced into the dust collector, the temperature is usually in the range of 100°C to 300°C. Therefore, the normal chemical fiber will be affected at this temperature, so it is necessary to use high-temperature resistant fiber material for bag filter.

(2) Acid gas corrosion. When the incineration of high-sulfur coal may have unsulfurized flue gas, the concentration of sulfur oxides and nitrogen oxides will be very high. Except the dust bag of FT filter material, other chemical synthetic fiber materials will be corroded and damaged. , so the life of dust bags will be shortened.

(3) The oxidation effect of smoke. The flue gas has a certain oxidation effect on the dust bag, because the oxygen in the air accounts for 21%, plus the temperature of the flue gas is very high, so the dust bag will be deeply damaged during the operation, if you want to avoid this situation, Pick up dust bags with anti-oxidant filters, such as dust bags made from P84 polyimide material.

(4) Moisture in smoke. When working in high temperature conditions, when the moisture content of the dust in the flue gas exceeds 25%, the dust will easily stick to the bag and block the bag. If the anti-hydrolysis function of the data is not high, the hydrolysis effect will make the filter material subject to damage.
