1. Total filtration area Calculate the total filtration area based on the total gas volume passing through the precipitator and the predetermined filtration rate. After determining the total filter area, the overall size and size of the bag filter can be determined.
2. The area of a single circular dust bag is during the processing of the dust bag. Because the dust bag should be fixed on the flower board or the short pipe, some of them should be hung up and fixed on the bag cap. Therefore, the two ends of the dust bag need double sewing. Even multi-layer sewing: This part of the double-seam sewing has no filtering effect due to the increase of resistance, while some dust bags also need to be fixed in the middle of the ring, this part also has no filtering effect. In the large and medium-sized counter-blow dust collectors, the dust bag is 10 meters long and 0.292 meters in diameter. The nominal filter area is 0.0292*10=925m; if the area with no filtering effect is 0.75m, the net filter area is 8.25-0.75= 7.5m. It can be seen that the unused filter area accounts for 5% to 10% of the bag area. Therefore, the size of the net filter area should be specified in the specifications of the large and medium dust collectors. However, in the existing dust collector samples, most of the filter area refers to the nominal filter area, and care should be taken in the design and selection.
