2. Air leakage
Leakage directly affects the dust collection effect and life of the dust collector and requires a leakage rate of <3%. Bag type dust collectors are generally under negative pressure operation, such as the leakage circuit is easy to form a small loop short circuit. The dust collection system handles insufficient air flow to create positive pressure dust. Leakage will also reduce the system temperature, easy to make bags of moisture, increase dust collection resistance, and reduce dust collection.
3. leak
The air leakage at the top of the dust collector and surrounding walls is serious. When it rains, it will enter the water, causing a paste bag, or the wet material will form a mass and block the ash discharge port of the cone.
4. filter the wind speed
The filter wind speed is a very important parameter that determines the performance of the dust collector, and it is also an important parameter to measure the advanced nature of the bag dust collector. The filtration wind speed is closely related to the dust concentration of dust-laden gas, dust particle size, application, viscosity, gas temperature, moisture content and cleaning method. When the dust particle size is finer, the temperature and humidity are higher, the concentration is greater, and the viscosity is larger, the filtration wind speed should be taken lower, and vice versa. If the filtration speed is too high, it will increase the load of the filter bag and increase the filtration resistance, which will lead to a short service life and low efficiency of the filter bag.

The ash bucket cones are not well drained, and there are too many ash deposits in the ash bucket, which will block the air inlets and cause poor ventilation.

If the cleaning interval is too long, the dust attached to the filter bag cannot be eliminated in time, causing increased system resistance. The general interval time is about 4s (adjustable according to actual production conditions). The injection time is 0.2s~0.3s, and the time interval between room and room is about 30s.
