The filter wind speed is one of the key parameters for the selection of the dust collector. It should be determined based on the nature of the dust or fume in different applications, particle size, temperature, and concentration. Generally, the inlet dust concentration is 15 to 30 g/m 3 . 2, filter material
Cartridge type dust collector adopts PS or PSU polymer coated fiber filter. When the filtered gas is normal temperature or lower than 100°C, PS polymer coating fiber filter is generally used. If it is used in high temperature applications, it should be adopted. If PSU polymeric coating fiber filter is used for special occasions, it must be stated before ordering, and filter media should be selected separately.
