What should be paid attention to in the daily use of waste incinerators?
It is strictly forbidden to stack domestic garbage and other sundries in the discharge area, and should be kept clean.
The amount of domestic garbage stored in the domestic garbage storage pit should be monitored, and effective measures should be taken to guide the leachate in the domestic garbage storage pit. The leachate should be discharged after treatment, or it can be sprayed back into the incinerator for incineration.
The operation status of the incinerator is monitored, and the monitoring items include the combustion temperature of the incinerator, the pressure of the furnace, the oxygen content of the flue gas outlet, and the carbon monoxide content. Signage should be set up in a prominent position to automatically display the main parameters of the operating conditions of the incinerator and the online monitoring data of the main pollutants of the flue gas.
When the combustion conditions of domestic garbage are unstable and the temperature of the domestic waste incineration boiler cannot be maintained above 850 °C, the combustion burner should be used to assist combustion. Relevant departments should organize regular inspections and irregular sampling inspections of dioxin emissions from incineration plants.
Domestic garbage incinerators should be dusted, cleaned, and defocused at regular intervals. The waste heat boiler shall be subjected to continuous sewage discharge and regular sewage discharge.
The slag and fly ash from incineration shall be properly disposed of in accordance with the regulations.
Check the slag collection and transportation equipment and fly ash collection and storage equipment, and record and archive the slag quantity and vehicle information. Fly ash conveying pipes and containers should be kept closed to prevent fly ash from absorbing moisture and blocking pipes.
The burning rate of incinerator slag is tested at least once a week and recorded accordingly. Incineration fly ash is a hazardous waste and should be collected, transported and disposed of in accordance with hazardous waste. The incineration fly ash that has been processed to meet the requirements of the Domestic Waste Landfill Pollution Control Standard GB 16889 can be disposed of at the domestic waste landfill.
The flue gas deacidification system should be operated to prevent blockage of the lime plug and nozzle. The bag filter should keep the ash discharge normal during operation to prevent gray bridges, wall hanging and sticky bags. Remove the fly ash from the surface of the filter bag before stopping the operation. When the activated carbon is injected into the system, the quality of the activated carbon and the equivalent amount should be strictly controlled, and the high temperature of the activated carbon cartridge should be prevented.
Daily monitoring of biogas should be carried out in areas where biogas is easy to gather, such as silos, sewage and leachate collection pools, underground buildings, production control rooms, etc., and records should be made. Ventilation should be carried out when the concentration of biogas in the air is greater than 1.25%.
Odor control measures were adopted in all process steps, and there was no obvious odor in the plant area. Use the deodorization system as required and maintain it as required.
The consumption of main auxiliary materials (such as auxiliary fuel, lime, activated carbon, etc.) in the incineration plant should be accurately measured.
The chimney should be inspected regularly to prevent corrosion and leakage.
