310S (0Cr25Ni20) is austenitic chrome-nickel stainless steel with good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance. Because of the high percentage of chromium and nickel, 310S has much better creep strength and can work continuously at high temperatures.
Due to the high content of nickel (Ni) and chromium (Cr), it has good resistance to oxidation, corrosion, acid and alkali, and high temperature resistance. The high temperature resistant steel tube is specially used for the manufacture of electric heating tubes, etc. When the carbon content is increased in the austenitic stainless steel, the strength is improved by the solid solution strengthening effect, and the chemical composition of the austenitic stainless steel is based on chromium, nickel, and elements such as molybdenum, tungsten, rhenium and titanium are added. Because of its tissue-centered cubic structure, it has high strength and creep strength at high temperatures.
