The HPS-CF filter easily solves such problems with advanced self-cleaning operation, always maintaining the cleanliness of the filter element regularly and discharging high concentration impurities, reducing material waste. It has great advantages in filtering water with poor water quality and viscous materials such as adhesives, resins, polymers, and oils, with higher efficiency. The HPS-CF filter has a precision range of 20-500 microns for precise filtration. The product is suitable for filtering water and viscous liquids, with a viscosity of up to 800.000 CP. V-Slot Filter Elements
HPS-CF series filters are equipped with top-qualityV-SLOT Wedge wire screen, which have the following outstanding advantages:

- Precise slit width on the surface, the deviation is less than 5 microns.
- Filter housing material is 316L, strong corrosion resistance.
- V-shaped gap, not easy to be stuck by impurities, long-term stable flow.

ACS series self-cleaning control system
HPS-CF filter is equipped with an ACS series automatic cleaning control system, which can control the efficient operation . If necessary, DCS remote real-time monitoring can also be realized after customization. The ACS control system has a pressure difference or timing cleaning control function. The pressure difference cleaning is suitable for most applications and is the most efficient cleaning mode. The pressure difference reflects the accumulation of filter cake on the inner surface of the filter element or the clogging of the filter element.
When the set pressure difference value is reached, the self-cleaning action is started.The recommended cleaning pressure difference is 0.05MPA,which can be adjusted within the range of 0.01-01MPA according to the working conditions. Scheduled cleaning can be set between 0 ~ 24h, when the pressure difference mode fails , the time mode still works, which can be used as the ultimate safety protection, and the cleaning cycle setting should be close to the average cycle in the filter pressure difference cleaning mode.
There are two types of differential pressure transmitters for the ACS control system. The differential pressure transmitter can output real-time differential pressure value with the highest sensitivity and reliability, which is convenient for DCS remote real-time monitoring; the special differential pressure switch adopted by RKS has high sensitivity and long-term reliability, and has two differential pressure set points, which can be set The fixed-point accuracy is ±0.005MPA, one is the cleaning differential pressure value (such as 0.05MPA),and the other can be used as an abnormal pressure differential value for alarming (such as 01MPA), which can be connected to DCS for remote monitoring.
