Design Features
The dust filter cartridge adopts a wide pleat design, high-efficiency filtration, easy-to-clean design, top opening, bottom opening/bottom back seal, reduced mounting holes, galvanized rust-proof metal structural parts, rubber seals, a variety of flange mounting forms, and super strong pressure resistance.
Properties
- Efficiency: Removes up to 99.9% of fine particles to ensure clean air. Efficiency levels range from standard to HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air).
- Compact design: Pleated design provides a larger surface area in a compact space.
- Durability: Designed for heavy-duty operations and long service life.
- It can effectively discharge dust in the medium through the grounded outlet of the equipment to prevent explosion accidents, with large air volume and high filtration accuracy.
- The filter material is specially chemically treated to separate the oil and water molecules in the gas medium into gas and liquid. The overall oil and water drainage performance of the filter cartridge is strong, achieving the expected filtration effect.
