Description

Filter bags are used to treat smoke and harmful gases generated during the coking process, protect the environment and ensure the air quality of the factory. The coking process involves high temperatures and corrosive gases, which poses challenges to the material and performance of the filter bags.


Needle Felt Filter Bags

Needle felt filter bags have the advantages of high porosity, good air permeability, high filtration accuracy, and large dust holding capacity. They can effectively capture dust particles of various particle sizes and are high-quality materials for coking filtration treatment. By covering the surface of ordinary needle-punched felt filter material with a layer of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) film, the film has the characteristics of smoothness, small and uniform pore size, which can significantly improve the filtration efficiency and achieve high-precision filtration.

  • High-efficiency dust removal

It can effectively remove dust from the exhaust gas of the coking plant, so that the exhaust gas meets environmental protection standards. The general filtration efficiency can reach more than 99%.

  • High temperature resistance

Structural Design

  • Bag mouth

Usually adopts a metal reinforcement ring (such as stainless steel, galvanized steel) to facilitate the installation and fixation of the filter bag, and prevent the bag mouth from deformation during long-term use.

  • Bag body

It is cylindrical, which is conducive to uniform gas distribution, reduces the scouring of airflow on the filter bag, and prolongs the service life of the filter bag. The length and diameter of the bag body are designed according to the specific dust removal equipment and working conditions.

  • Bag bottom

Designed to be round or conical, so that dust can slide smoothly and avoid dust accumulation at the bottom of the bag causing blockage.
