Description
SCF automatic filtration svstem is also known as candle (filter cake laver) filtration system, cluster tube type fltration system. The former is named according to the filtering principle and method, and the latter is named according to the structural form. It is mainly used to automatically intercept solid particles in the liquid, and can be discharged in the form of dry slag.
Product Features
- This candle filter is designed in a compound quincunx and row pipe(stainless steel inside,filter cloth outside), the drain pipe in-middle can help drain the liquid kept in the filter pipe, when slag is discharged, the gas is used to blow back, the efficiency is much higher than other filters. This filter can be used in those materiels with the impurity content from 0.1% to 50%.
- Those pipes set up inside the filter is functional in different situation. Our candle filer is able to cope with large filter area as no driving equipment and the simple mechanism. This filer is a fully automatic machine without any leakage.
- The frame design of the filter element adopts a six-petal plum blossom design, and the upper and lower ports are made of molds. The filter cloth transitions smoothly on the frame, which is conducive to draining the liquid in the filter rod, increasing the pressure and load-bearing capacity of the filter element, and is conducive to automatic drying and cake removal. The unique design of the form increases the consistency and reliability of the filter element production, and at the same time enhances the adhesion performance and peeling performance of the filter cake during the cake removal period.
SCF Working Principle
SCF automatic filtration system is equipped with multiple filter cartridges in a closed container. The filter cartridges are covered with special filter cloth. When the filtrate passes through the filter cloth, the solid particles will be intercepted by the filter cloth. Using the principle of bridging, the particles of different sizes will be gradually intercepted. Particles form a filter cake layer that can meet the requirements of filtration accuracy, and the filter cake layer formed by the filtrate itself is used for effective filtration.
Work Flow
- Prefiltration
As the process fuid enters theflter, larger particles are trappedwhile the smaller particles passthrough into the filter element. - Cake Drying
After filtering discharge the liquidin the container, and then use thegas to pass through the filter cake ina forward direction to press out theremaining liquid in the flter cakeand reduce the moisture content in the filter cake. - Filtration
As the fluid is filtered, the fltercake acts as a fiter medium totrap the finer solid particulates. - Backblowing
After the flter cake is dried, eachflter unit is backfushed ingroups, and the filter cake isshaken offby the expanded filtermedium,thereby realizing theslag discharge process.
