The string wound filter cartridge is a deep filter element with good air tightness. Description

With good winding technology, string wound filter cartridges can show the filtering effect of deep filter material. The ideal structure is to become denser from the outside to the inside. Therefore, during the winding process, the density of the filter material must be accurately controlled by controlling the thickness of the wire or adjusting the winding tension. Only with this kind of wound filter element with dense inner and sparse outer structure can the deep filtering effect of deep filter material be achieved, thereby effectively improving the filtering efficiency and intercepting more polluted particles.

The filtering accuracy of the string wound filter cartridge is determined by the thickness of the wire and the winding density. The finer the wire, the tighter the winding, the smaller the pores and the higher the filtering accuracy; on the contrary, the thicker the wire or the looser the winding, the lower the filtering accuracy. At the same time, the filter material must maintain its specific structure and pore size during the filtering process to ensure stable and uniform filtering quality.
