- Processing accuracy of flower plate: the specification of glass fiber membrane filter bag used in the low-pressure long bag pulse bag dust collector is basically 5m-7m long at present. Because the bag is long, the distance between bags, between bags and shell wall panels should ensure that the filter bags do not touch each other. Of course, the larger the distance is always good, but too large the shell volume will be too large, and the investment will increase. The processing accuracy of the flower plate will directly affect the perpendicularity of the filter bag and the concentricity of the nozzle. The processing requirements mainly include three aspects to control the quality:
① The spacing between the holes of the flower plate shall be controlled within ± 1mm, and the accuracy shall be ensured only when the NC plasma cutting is adopted during the processing.
② The deformation of the flower plate shall be controlled within 1 / 1000, which requires at least 6mm steel plate thickness and certain stiffeners to ensure the rigidity, and the welding deformation shall be controlled within the minimum range in the welding process.
③ Flatness of flower plate: it shall be controlled within ± 2mm / m2. All of these Regulations are designed to ensure that the filter bag reduces collisions.
- The design and processing of the bag cage shall minimize the warpage of the filter bag: the design and processing of the bag cage shall minimize the warpage of the filter bag, mainly through several aspects:
① Make the matching between the bag and the bag cage as appropriate as possible, not too loose or too tight, and match with the bag before the bag cage is manufactured in large quantities.
② Generally, 20-24 pieces of high temperature resistant carbon steel are used as the vertical reinforcement of the cage, each of which is Φ 3.2mm thick. The inner ring of the cage shall be Φ 4mm thick high temperature resistant carbon steel. The first cage ring and the bottom of the cage from the bottom to the top shall be 50mm apart. The second cage ring and the first cage ring shall be less than 155mm apart, and so on. The last cage ring and the top flange bottom of the cage shall be 50mm apart. In addition, the processing quality requirements of the bag cage are also very important. Special ring making and spot welding equipment shall be used to minimize burr and maintain verticality during processing.
- The distance between the ejecting tube and the flower plate is calculated accurately: the distance between the ejecting tube and the flower plate is calculated accurately according to the nozzle form and diameter, and the deviation of the axis between the nozzle and the bag should be controlled within ± 1mm, otherwise, it is easy to cause eccentricity during the injection, which directly causes local wear of the filter bag and affects the life of the filter bag.
- During the installation, the tightness of the shell shall be strictly guaranteed:In the process of installation, the tightness of the shell shall be strictly guaranteed, especially between the dust chamber and the clean air chamber. After the installation of the filter bag, the polish powder inspection must be carried out to ensure the isolation between the dust chamber and the clean air chamber. Ensure the air leakage rate of the whole bag type dust collector.
