The sintered metal filter disc is made of multi-layer metal mesh (different wire diameters and mesh sizes are arranged in a specific order), which is laminated, pressed, and sintered at high temperature in a vacuum.

  • 316 Series stainless steel materials can withstand temperatures up to 750°F (399°C) in oxidizing environments and up to 900°F (482°C) in reducing environments.
  • The mechanical strength is better than that of stainless steel fiber felt, and the permeability is better than that of metal powder products.
  • The pore size distribution is uniform, high temperature resistant, weldable, and has a longer service life.
  • It overcomes the defects of low strength, poor rigidity, and unstable mesh of ordinary metal wire mesh.
  • It is easy to clean and backwash (supports countercurrent water, ultrasound, baking, etc.), can be reused, and reduces costs.

Traditional sintered metal filter discs generally have problems such as large flow resistance, easy deformation, low strength, short life and unstable product quality. Our products have achieved comprehensive breakthroughs through innovative structural design:
The core technical solution is the “five-layer staggered sintering structure” – the filter disc is made of five layers of metal cloth mesh stacked at a 45° angle and sintered at high temperature. From the top to the bottom, they are the protective layer, filtration control layer, drainage layer, reinforcement layer and support layer (skeleton layer). The periphery of each layer is fixed by hemming. This unique structure gives it the significant advantages of low flow resistance, stable filtration effect, high strength and long life.
