Lenticular filter cartridges are a type of filtration media designed to provide high-efficiency filtration in a compact, space-saving format.

  • Compact Design.
  • High Filtration Efficienc.
  • Versatility.
  • Cost-Effective.

Description

Filmedia® depth-stack lenticular filter cartridge is a new type of filter cartridge with depth filter sheets. It is designed by using a dual separator concept. The separator design increases the total stability of the filter cartridges as the separators fully support the sheet materials. Deep membrane reactor filter core with deep filter cardboard as filter material, through mechanical interception, electrostatic adsorption and other actions to filter impurities and micro-organisms in the liquid. This design also prevents filter sheet deformities after heat treatment and adverse effects of contact with hot sanitation. It is manufactured with rigid external clips to prevent damaging filter sheets during module loading and unloading while allowing for easy and reliable handling.

Applications

These cartridges are typically used in industries where liquid or gas filtration is crucial, such as in pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, biotechnology, and chemical processing.

  • Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology: Lenticular filters are used for sterile filtration, virus removal, and process liquid filtration in the production of vaccines, antibiotics, and other pharmaceutical products.
  • Food and Beverage: These filters are widely used for filtration of beverages like beer, wine, juices, and soft drinks, where maintaining product purity and quality is essential.
  • Chemical Processing: Lenticular filters are used in chemical and petrochemical industries to remove contaminants from process liquids and gases.
  • Water Treatment: They are also employed in water purification systems to remove particles, sediment, and microbial contaminants.
  • Oil and Gas: Lenticular filters can be used to filter liquids in the oil and gas industry, especially in refining and petrochemical processes.
