Working Principle
The dust filter cartridge operates on the principle of mechanical separation to capture dust particles from air or gas streams. Dust filter cartridges use multiple mechanisms to capture particles:
- Surface Filtration: Dust particles are trapped on the surface of the filter media, forming a dust cake. This cake can enhance filtration by acting as a secondary filter layer.
- Depth Filtration: Fine particles penetrate into the filter media’s porous structure and are trapped within its fibers.
