High Temperature Resistant Fiberglass Needle Felt Filter Bags with PTFE Membrane for Dust Collection
Manufactured using fiberglass as the core raw material—processed via needle-punching and specialized surface modification treatments—this inorganic, high-temperature filtration medium is sewn into filter bags. Serving as a critical component in baghouse dust collectors, it is specifically engineered for the filtration of high-temperature, corrosive industrial flue gases and dust. Compatible with mainstream dust removal methods—such as pulse-jet and high-speed reverse-air cleaning—it stands as a leading filtration material for ensuring compliance with emission standards for high-temperature flue gases.
Description
Filmedia® is a Chinese enterprise specializing in the manufacture of fiberglass needle-punched felt dust filter bags. Leveraging extensive production experience, advanced manufacturing equipment, and rigorous quality control standards, we produce filter bags that are resistant to high temperatures, acids, and alkalis, while delivering highly efficient dust removal.
- Our products feature a stable structure, excellent air permeability, low filtration resistance, and a long service life.
- We offer both customized solutions and bulk supply options, and we are dedicated to providing customers worldwide with cost-effective, reliable filter bag products and professional filtration solutions.
Product Features
- Exceptional Thermal Resistance
Sustains continuous temperatures of 260–280°C under normal conditions, with instantaneous resistance reaching up to 350°C; exhibits extremely low thermal shrinkage and is non-flammable and non-melting.
- Dimensional Stability
Resists deformation and creep under high temperatures and sudden thermal fluctuations, maintaining consistent and enduring mechanical strength.
- Superior Corrosion Resistance
Resists acids, alkalis, high-sulfur flue gases, and various other industrial corrosive media, making it ideally suited for complex chemical flue gas environments.
- Excellent Filtration Performance
Features a dense fiber structure with strong capture capabilities for fine dust particles, ensuring high filtration efficiency; its smooth surface facilitates easy dust removal, resulting in effective cleaning and regeneration.
- Robust Mechanical Properties
Maintains high tensile strength and low elongation at elevated temperatures, enabling it to withstand the high-intensity air pulse pressures associated with dust cleaning operations.
- Flame Retardant & Safe
Composed of inherently flame-retardant inorganic materials, eliminating the risk of spontaneous combustion; also features hydrophobic, breathable, and anti-condensation properties.

Fiberglass Needle Felt + PTFE Membrane
After laminating fiberglass needle needle felt with a PTFE microporous membrane, traditional depth filtration is transformed into highly efficient surface filtration, significantly improving fine particulate capture efficiency and ensuring emission compliance. The smooth and hydrophobic membrane surface allows dust to release easily, enabling thorough and effective cleaning while preventing bag blinding and clogging. As a result, system operating resistance is lower and more stable, leading to a significant reduction in fan energy consumption. Meanwhile, benefiting from the excellent temperature and corrosion resistance of the PTFE membrane, the fiberglass substrate is comprehensively protected, greatly extending filter bag service life.
