The crumpled liquid filter bag is manufactured using an adhesive-free thermal welding process. It features a multi-layer depth filtration structure consisting of a polypropylene pre-filtration layer, multiple crumpled ultrafine-fiber pre-filtration layers, multiple ultrafine-fiber final filtration layers, and a polypropylene anti-shedding outer layer.
This multi-layer crumpled design provides greater dirt-holding capacity while significantly increasing the flow rate and reducing pressure drop. The filter bag is made from hygienic-grade filtration materials that comply with FDA requirements and contains no impurities or lubricants. It combines high-precision filtration with rapid adsorption of various oils and greases.
