Air slide belts are constructed with 2-ply, 3-ply, or 4-ply fabric layers. High tear-resistant, heat-resistant, and abrasion-resistant fibers provide excellent conveying performance and operational stability. The belt is capable of withstanding severe conditions including high temperatures, contact pressure, friction, tensile stress, and humidity. This ensures safety, stability, and reliability throughout the production process.
Post-processing
- Edge Reinforcement: Trim and reinforce the edges to prevent cracking and ensure uniform operating tension.
- Surface Treatment: Silicone coating, antistatic treatment, or heat treatment can be applied to improve abrasion resistance, moisture resistance, or air distribution control performance.
