Anti-static Principle

By blending conductive fibers into aramid fibers, the filter fabric possesses excellent electrical conductivity. When static electricity is generated during filtration, the conductive fibers dissipate it, preventing it from accumulating on the filter fabric surface. This eliminates safety hazards caused by static discharge, such as preventing static electricity from attracting more particles and avoiding explosions and fires caused by static electricity.

- High Temperature Resistance
Aramid fibers have long-term thermal stability and can be used continuously within the temperature range of -196℃ to 204℃. Short-term exposure to high temperatures of up to 300℃ will not cause them to become brittle, soften, or melt.
- Good Flame Retardancy
Aramid fibers stop burning once away from the flame, with a limiting oxygen index (LOI ≥ 28). They are inherently flame-retardant, non-combustible, non-flammable, and do not produce molten droplets when burned.
- Strong Corrosion Resistance
Aramid fibers have a stable chemical structure and can resist most high-concentration inorganic acids. They also have good alkali resistance at room temperature and are stable to other chemical reagents and organic solvents. Their corrosion resistance is further enhanced after PTFE impregnation treatment.
