Black PTFE Tape

Black PTFE tape is a tape made from polytetrafluoroethylene (Teflon), which is a highly durable and chemically resistant material. It is commonly used in a variety of industrial applications, especially sealing and insulating tasks.

Product Features

Our PTFE tape is widely used in demoulding, aerospace, electrical and electronic, environmental protection, chemical, packaging and other fields.

  • Chemical Resistance: It is able to withstand a wide range of harsh chemicals, acids and bases, making it ideal for industrial use.
  • High Temperature Resistance: PTFE tape can withstand extreme temperatures, typically -70°C to +260°C.
  • Non-Stick Properties: The tape’s non-stick surface prevents substances from adhering, which is beneficial for applications that require clean surfaces.
  • Water and Moisture Resistant: It is water and moisture resistant, making it ideal for sealing joints in pipes and other moisture-prone areas.
  • Flexibility and Strength: Resists aging, cracking and weathering, ensuring a long-lasting solution.

Black PTFE Tape

Our black PTFE tape is based on a high performance polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) film made from 100% pure PTFE resin. The tape has an extremely low coefficient of friction and is combined with a pressure sensitive silicone adhesive to create a smooth, non-stick surface that is easy to peel off rollers, sheets and belts.
It is anti-static and has a resistance value of 106-108Ω.
