Micron pleated nylon filter cartridges are a type of filter designed for the filtration of liquids and gases in various industrial and commercial applications. These filters consist of a nylon material that has been pleated to increase surface area, allowing for higher dirt-holding capacity and longer filtration life.

Description

Our nylon filter cartridges are naturally hydrophilic organic polymer microporous structures, made of 100% pure PA66, with good temperature resistance (maximum operating temperature 90°C), stable chemical properties, and can effectively filter all aqueous solutions and most organic solvents (such as alcohols, hydrocarbons, ethers, esters, ketones), etc., and can withstand a variety of organic and inorganic compounds such as dilute acids and dilute alkalis (acid and alkali tolerance range PH: 2-13).

The pleated structure increases the surface area, reduces flow resistance and increases filtration efficiency, thereby enhancing the filter cartridge’s ability to capture pollutants and extending its service life.
