Customize reasonable filtering air speed

The resistance of the bag dust collector depends to a great extent on the filtration wind speed. The resistance of the dust collector structure, dust bag and dust layer will increase with the increase of the filtration wind speed. However, blindly reducing the filtration wind speed does not guarantee improved dust removal efficiency, nor does it necessarily reduce the filtration resistance, and may also cause unnecessary economic losses; only on the basis of fully understanding the dust properties and system characteristics, optimize the dust collector body structure Design and correct economic and technical analysis can reasonably determine the filtration air speed.

Control the rising speed of air flow

The airflow rising speed refers to the flow speed of flue gas in the dust collecting bag space. The airflow rising speed is an important parameter to measure the structural performance of the dust collector, and has a greater impact on the performance of the low-pressure pulse bag dust collector. Under the same treatment air volume conditions, the rising speed of the airflow is large, indicating that the spacing between the dust bag and the bag is smaller in the effective bag room space, the dust bag is more compactly arranged, the outer size of the dust collector is smaller, but the air flow is rising If the speed is too high, the running resistance of the dust collector will increase accordingly.

Under normal circumstances, the airflow rising speed is controlled at about 1m / s to better play the performance of the dust collector.

Control local airflow speed

The local airflow speed of the low-pressure bag filter includes the air speed of the air inlet and outlet, the air speed of the inlet branch valve, the air speed of the poppet valve, the air speed of the clean room, and the air speed of the flower plate hole. In the design process of the dust collector, it is necessary to increase the size of the air inlet and outlet, the air inlet branch valve port and the lift valve port as much as possible to reduce the airflow passing speed and thereby reduce the operating resistance of the dust collector.

Evenly distribute gas flow

The bag filter is designed to be reasonable even if the theoretical filtration wind speed and other wind speeds are achieved, but if the measures for uniform air distribution are not in place, the actual air volume of each bag room will be high or low. Even in a bag room, if the air flow Even if the uniform distribution measures are not in place, the actual filtration wind speed of each cloth bag will also be different. Therefore, a gas deflector and an air distribution plate are required at the air inlet of the dust collector, the opening of the air inlet branch valve needs to be adjusted to balance the air volume of each bag room, and the air distribution plate needs to be set in the ash hopper to distribute the individual bags The air volume of the room.

Scientifically improve the cleaning effect

The dust layer on the surface of the dust bag has a great influence on the operating resistance of the dust collector, so the dust removal effect is particularly important. There are many factors that affect the cleaning effect of the low-pressure bag filter, such as blowing pressure, cleaning cycle, bag length, the distance between the bag and the bag. Without sufficient blowing pressure and energy, the dust layer on the surface of the dust bag cannot be completely removed, but the blowing pressure should not be too large, otherwise the service life of the dust bag will be greatly shortened.

From the perspective of reducing the operating resistance of the dust collector, the resistance of the dust bag surface is always clean when it is always in the clean state. This requires frequent spraying and dust removal of the dust bag, but this is at the expense of the service life of the filter bag. Therefore, in the actual operation process, we need to adjust the cleaning cycle flexibly according to the concentration of dust in the flue gas and the viscosity of the dust.

Pre-dusting

The rising speed of the resistance of the dust collector is related to the dust concentration in the flue gas. If some dust in the flue gas is collected by corresponding measures and then filtered and purified through the filter bag, the filter load of the dust collector can be reduced. The rate of rise will also decrease.
