Application of Non Woven Fabric (Needle Punch Felt):

Asphalt mixing plants: fimedia® non woven fabric made of 100% polyester needle punch felt, fiberglass needle punch, normex needle punch fulfill the requirements of asphalt mixing plants to the highest degree. They are mechanically extremely stable due to the supporting scrim used, the homogeneous fiber layer and the heat setting. This makes them very durable and resistant to harmful effects, ever over several operational cycles. Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry: fimedia® non woven fabric stand out for their excellent separation of the often valuable dusts and hence make a positive contribution in increasing the productivity of your production processes. Coal-Fired Power Stations: generate a significant amount of fly ash, which must be safely removed from the flue gas by dust collectors. Food Industry: requires the strict hygiene rules and requirements regarding static electricity. Metal and Steel Production: fimedia® has excellent filtration properties and has been successfully used for many years for the dust removal in metallurgical production plants. Our Polyester (PE) needle punch felt, Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) needle punch felt and Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) fiber needle punch felt have proven to be particularly suitable for dust separation in metallurgical production plants. Thermal Waste Treatment: waste treatment plants impose high demands on dedusting. This concerns not only the thermal and chemical resistance of the filter media, but also the separation performance.
