As the heart part of the filter press, the horizontal belt filter belt plays an important role in filtration that cannot be ignored. In fact, various problems occur in the filter belt during filtration, such as slippage of the filter belt. So, what is the reason for the slippage of the horizontal belt filter belt and how to solve it?
The slippage of the filter belt is mainly caused by the overload of the mud inlet, the insufficient tension of the filter belt or the flocculant on the surface of the driving roller, the wear of the rollers or the inflexible squeezing and rolling.
Solution:
Reduce mud intake;
Check whether the air pipe connected to the cylinder is leaking, and whether the tension pressure of the filter belt is appropriate and adjust accordingly;
Check carefully whether the rollers have inflexible rotation or partial wear, and strengthen the lubrication of bearings and gears.
