Filters can be divided into three categories at this stage: vacuum filters, pressure filters and centrifugal filters. Commonly used vacuum filters are horizontal belt filters and drum filters. Commonly used pressure filters are vertical filter presses and leaf filters. Centrifugal filters are common centrifugal filters.
In the vacuum filter, the horizontal belt filter is used as an example to filter by the vacuum difference. The vacuum value gradually increases with the direction of the filter cloth rotation. According to the different filter media, the moisture content of the filter cake is gradually reduced.
Among the pressure filters, the plate-and-frame filter press is known for its widest adaptability, and it uses squeezing force to filter.
The centrifugal filter is a mid-top suspension centrifuge with good dynamic stability and uses centrifugal force to filter.
