(2) Non-standard groove: used to meet the part less than 3m in the process layout size. Usually take a multiple of 250mm.
(3) Feeding chute: In order to reduce the local abrasion of the breathable layer under the feed inlet, the position of the feeding pipe can be drawn according to the general installation drawing at the installation site, and the size drill in the construction drawing of the feeding slide The hole is fixed.
(4) 90° curved trough: used for 90° transit on the transmission line, divided into left and right directions.
(5) Three-way trough: It is used for redirection in the transmission line, divided into two types: left and right.
(6) Four-way slot: There are two types: one in and three out, and three in and one out.
(7) Shut-off valve: When a branch of the chute is out of service, the corresponding shut-off valve can be closed to ensure the air volume for material inflation or to open the fan less to reduce consumption.
(8) Peeping window: for observing the flow of materials. Generally, it is set 2~3m behind the material inlet, in front of the curved groove, three-way groove, and four-way groove. During on-site installation, it can be welded to the side of the upper shell that is convenient for observation according to the installation requirements of the general drawing.
(9) Trough rack: Generally, a trough rack is installed every 4m chute. Be careful not to get too close to the tank interface flange.
(10) End cover plate: used for sealing and blocking plate of chute.
(11) Discharge chute: used for discharging at the discharge port.
(12) Air slide fabric: It is used to support the conveying material, and at the same time, the compressed air can evenly pass through it to “inflate” the material to fluidize the material.
(13) Chute exhaust outlet: the exhaust air volume is considered 1.5 times the required air volume. During normal operation, the pressure of the upper tank should be kept at about zero pressure.
(14) The fan is connected with the air passage of the chute, and a transitional square tube can be made of steel plate, and the middle can also be connected with a suitable rubber tube. Usually locate on the spot, open the air inlet and so on.
