The influence of a large amount of dust accumulation in the dust bucket of the dust collector on the bag dust collector
On the one hand, it affects the processing air volume. After the ash hopper accumulates heavily, the resistance of the dust removal equipment will increase, and the air inlet will become smaller, affecting the air volume or even blocking the air inlet. On the other hand, it is easy to block the dust bag. Most of the air inlet of the dust collector is on the ash hopper. When the ash hopper accumulates, the dust falling into the ash hopper is easily blown up again, forming secondary dust, the dust concentration becomes larger, and the bag resistance increases. The bag is easy to be blocked or even damaged after running for a long time.
The reason why the dust collector appears the phenomenon of ash accumulation in the ash bucket and its solutions:
Reason 1: The conveyor does not run at the same time as the main fan, and the dust is not sent away in time when the main fan is not working, causing serious dust accumulation.
Solution: Before the main fan is turned on, the conveyor and unloading equipment should run 10-15 minutes in advance. After the main fan is shut down, the conveying equipment and unloading equipment should continue to be turned on for 30-45 minutes. There is no dust accumulation in the ash hopper, and then the conveying equipment and unloading equipment are stopped. In this way, dust accumulation will not occur in the next operation of the dust collector.
Reason 2: the moisture content of the dust is too high. When the dust contains a certain amount of water, it will cause adhesion, and it will not fall off easily and cause bridges in the ash hopper.
Solution: The dust collector can be fully insulated, and a silo wall rapper is added to the ash hopper.
Reason 3: The dust unloading device is not suitable for dust unloading with high water volume. The structure of the dust scraping blade of the dust unloading device is V-shaped, which produces adhesion between the V-shaped shapes. At a certain time, the V-shaped shape becomes a spherical shape, the blades have no dust scraping ability, so that the dust cannot be discharged, the conveyor is hanged, the geared motor will be burned, and the ash bucket will pile up ash.
Solution: The ash unloading device should be dismantled and replaced with a pneumatic double-layer flip ash unloading device.
