This product is a compound interception mode, which effectively removes solid and soft particles, that is, larger particles and impurities are trapped on the surface of the fiber. The fine particles are captured in the deep layer of the filter material to ensure that it will not be damaged due to pressure increase during use, and has a high filtration efficiency. In addition, the outer surface of the product is heat treated with high temperature surface, that is, instant sintering technology and calendering are applied, which can effectively prevent the fiber from being dissipated due to high-speed impact of liquid during filtration. It not only ensures that there is no filtrate pollution caused by fiber detachment, but also avoids the excessive clogging of filter holes caused by traditional roller pressing treatment and shortens the life of the filter bag. At the same time, the pressure difference is small and the flow rate is not affected.
